Jan 26, 2002: Meet @ 407/Young St:

Mike T. was showing his intake system consisting of a 80mm MAF, custom rubber albow: "From the Throttle body to the MAF, I have a hose that I purchased from www.jagsthatrun.com. It is a 45 degree angle hose, 3 1/2" inside diameter. It was $12 U.S. Some guys say I could have found one locally, but I could not and didn't want to spend 6 months looking. My 80mm MAF is the Lincoln Mark VIII MAF (part # F3VF-12B579-AA, AFH80-01) I then have an adapter that I bought from www.cartech.net. It costs $35 US. Josh T (www.shonut.com) also sells them. I would have bought mine from him had I known he sold them when I bought mine. One thing we noticed is that his is not quite as long as the one I have, which may have caused a problem in my setup. However, I think he was going to look into having longer ones fabricated. This then goes into the stock airbox cover."

Mikeal, Pierre and Thomas discussing upcoming 60k on Mikes car.

Nov 24, 2001: Dyno day: @ DPS:

Big time thoughts...

Pierre, Ian M, some headless person, Ian admiring the V8. Its Ian M.'s SHO.

Bob, Clare, Ian M., Greg K., Pierre and Reka shows the aura of the V8 SHO engine.

The guys from Cornwall certainly drive fast, but this must have been a long pee brake. Even time for a picture...(sorry, guys..couldnt resist..)

Pierres SHO on the Dyno. In the background Ms Z, Ian, Josh, Pierre.

Pierre shows that soft winter rubber tires is not really for dyno usage.

Ian on the dynojet. Note the crossed straps in the front and back (not visible), which is all that keeps the SHO from leaving the garage.

Ians dyno graph - 197HP - not bad for a non blown SHO.

Note that the car owner was in the passenger seat. Also note the watercooled intercooler on the right, and obviously the blower on the left.

Josh didnt just need 1 fan, but 2 fans too keep cool in 5C winter weather.

The Dyno office - the sheering truth is coming out! The belt dressing nor the headphones were used while we were there!

Pierre, Clare and Ian determins exact window tint.

Sep 29, 2001: 1st meeting:
